REGISTRATION UPDATE
REGISTRATION FOR SPAM 2024 HAS OFFICIALLY CLOSED FOR THIS SUMMER.
Sports and Music Camp partners with CampDoc for the entirety of the registration process. CampDoc's system offers a centralized and secure location for information and payment that is confidential and password protected. Once you sign up for a CampDoc account, you will be able to register your camper(s), select a skill session, pay your fee online using ACH or check by mail and enter medical information and upload documents directly to your child's profile. In addition, registration for returning campers is even easier!
Please note that in an effort to keep costs down, you have the option to send in your deposit and subsequent payments via mail. Please help us to keep camp affordable by reducing costs in this way!

Registration Notes

If you are new to CampDoc.com, you will need to create a CampDoc.com profile. If you have registered using CampDoc before, simply login with the same email address.

The 'Add-Ons' section of the registration is where you will select which skill session your child would like to participate in.

To register multiple children, you will click on 'New Participant' in the left column for each child in your family and register them one at a time.

CampDoc is compatible on any internet-enabled device, however we strongly recommend that families access the registration via laptop or desktop computer using Chrome or Firefox browsers.

When registering, please use a current email address that you check on a regular basis as it will be used to send important messages before and during camp.

A $75 deposit is required for registration. We recommend mailing that to the address listed below.

After you register, you will receive an email that includes an attachment with additional information about camp including rules and regulations, a camper packing list, directions and more.

Return to your CampDoc account as often as you need with your Username and Password to fill out the required Camper Profile information. The Camper Profile must be completed prior to attending camp.
