Your Pastoral Reference Forms is VERY important for several reasons:
- It tells us that you are involved with your church through attendance and/or service
- It gives your pastor an opportunity to get to know you
- It helps us determine those who we feel is being led by the Spirit of God, has a heart for ministry to teens (and not just a fun week
- with a paycheck), and will fit in with our philosophy of ministry.
Instructions:
If you have Adobe Acrobat Reader on your computer, simply click the link below, print out the form and submit it to your pastor to be mailed back.
OR
You can email the Adobe Acrobat Reader file to your pastor by right-clicking on the link, and select "save file as", save the file in a place where you will remember it (Desktop works the best), and attach the file in an email to your pastor, where he can print it out and mail it back.
