After you submit the form, you will be taken to the PASTORAL REFERENCE PAGE You must have a pastoral reference to be part of the SPAM camp staff. Print or email that page to your pastor and have the pastor return it to Josh Blackstone, Director of Counseling.

You may notice (returning staff) that we have made some updates to the application process. Part of this is to help get a better assessment of potential staff members as well as helping the new administration know a little more about some of you that we might not know. We feel these updates will help us in the staffing process.

YOUR PAPERWORK (especially Pastoral Reference) must be in Josh Blackstone's hands by MAY 1, 2008 to be considered.

Spiritual Assessment:
Please give us a summary of your personal testimony. This should include: How you came to know the Lord (events/experiences/people); how you've grown spiritually (and/or significantly) since becoming a Christian; how you feel God has gifted you, be it skills, talents, abilities (i.e. what do you do well that you enjoy doing for God). Please be thorough.

Practical Assessment:
Please tell us the way you have served the Lord over the past year. This should include: Your involvement in your local church; any ministries you are serving in and how; any other activities or organizations (not necessarily ministry related) that you believe would lend themselves to working at Sports and Music Camp.

Personal Assessment:
Please tell us about Sports and Music Camp and its place in your personal ministry. This should include: What are your reasons for wanting to work at Sports and Music Camp; what do you feel are strengths that help you in working at camp; what do you feel are weaknesses that you have in working at camp; how do you feel you could impact young lives for God during your time on staff at Sports and Music Camp.
